04/16/16 15:12 Possible broken right front leg, non weight bearing, puncture wounds on left ear area, puncture wounds on legs. Dog is thin, very friendly.
04/16/16 16:20 BAR. BCS 2/5. Bite wounds on the left side of the face and the left pinna with purulent exudate. Bite wounds on both forelimbs with swelling of right antebrachium and lameness on that limb. Start Cephalexin 500mg po bid__am__pm x 7d and Rimadyl 75mg po__sid x 3d or disposition on both meds.

04/19/16 10:47 Wt. 53# when in clinic. Dog is coughing. Swelling on left side of head ventral to ear, dog is cocking head to the side as if painful. Bearing more weight on RF leg - 1/4 lameness, but improving. continue Rimadyl 100mg PO SID ____ x 4 additional days, Increase dose of Cephalexin to 750mg PO BID ____a.m. and _____p.m. Start on Doxycycline 300mg PO SID ____ x 10 days. Recheck if still in shelter on 4/24 and 4/29.
