VET CHECK 06/03/16 12:52 please check back legs, dog has a strange gait per staff. 06/03/16 17:28 Dog is in outside portion of kennel, will not come forward when called, unable to get dog to ambulate more than a few steps, but appears to be lame on left shoulder/forelimb. Give 100mg Rimadyl PO SID x 5 days:______. Continue to monitor. 06/05/16 18:47 Dog was quick to rise this afternoon, but couldn't get to walk far to assess lameness, BAR. 06/06/16 14:43 Bearing weight on all four limbs, seems to still be favoring the LF a bit. Suspect old injury which has healed, no treatment needed. Dog is bouncing on hind legs occasionally at front of kennel and using both rear legs equally. Discontinue Doxy/Clavamox and monitor x 3 days. BEHAVIOR 06/24/16 09:55 Dog has started to destroy kennel and chew through kennel divider.
