Balto needs out of CACC ASAP!!! This sweet Balto is now coughing and urgently NEEDS RESCUE and ISO FOSTER!! Rescues, please don't forget about him he's affectionate with people and dog friendly! Balto is such a sweet boy, just look at him so happy to be outside!! He came out of his cage no problems. Balto seems very attentive and obedient. He sits on command and holds it nicely. He does seem a little hand shy as well. He loved being pet and came close to his handler for more. He offered affection and appeared to be pretty young. He met both a male and female on leash and did well with them, check out leash test below. Balto came in as a stray on 5/25 and is available for rescue NOW! URGENT!!!
