Female, 12 years old (no spay scar seen or palpated; abdomen distended and uncomfortable). Ears; dirty. Eyes; cloudy. Nose, throat; clear. Teeth deeply stained, heavy tartar, missing teeth, halitosis. Straining to urinate; blood in urine reported by intake personnel. Coat dirty and matted along lower spine and anogenital region. Ambx4. Nails long and twisted to sides of paw. Became agitated during trim and not completed. Seen by vet 0844.
