3/09/17 Blackie is a male Lab Mix and is 1 yrs old and weighs 43.4 lbs. He came in with Choppo and Maxx. Vet care was provided $77.35. He went for multiple bite wound on the ear and limbs from a dog fight. Upon presented he had an infected laceration on the left pinna and multiple puncture wound on the right front limb. He was weight bearing on the right front limb but there is an appreciable lameness and some moderate swelling. The wound on the ear is unable to be sutured due to infection and the age of the wound.. Please administer Clindamycin (antibiotic) and Rimadyl (anti-inflammatory/pain medication) as directed.
