About johnny bravo: JOHNNY BRAVO A1095567 A volunteer writes: Starting my day with an oh so handsome date is the best! Johnny B is magnificent in his gleaming, uniquely colored coat, serious face and wagging tail. He sits for treats, shakes both paws, is housetrained per his former owner (and did potty as soon as we were out the door), bowed and then bounced after a ball I threw but preferred playing with a soft toy and thats just the surface of his many talents. He loves meeting new people, snuggled close to me when I sat down to take some notes, and loved getting under his chin scratched, raising his head so cat like. Hes a head turner for sure, stunning in his simplicity. Johnnie B has enjoyed gentle play in group with both males and females, responding to correction if needed and should not be in a home with cats or other small dogs and critters. Named after a cartoon character who is debonair and sure that everyone loves him, his famous line is I am pretty, you are pretty, what do you say we go home and stare at each other? What a perfect ending to his story!! Come meet him today! A volunteer writes: Johnny Bravo came into our care as a stray, so we do not know his history, but we do know that he is sweet and affectionate as can be. Johnny knows how to sit for treats and take them very gently, seems housebroken, and is very happy to climb into your lap and lick your face if given the chance. Clearly a people lover, Johnnys tail is always wagging, and goes even faster when he sees his favorite volunteers and staff approaching. Although hes quiet in his cage, Johnny loves going for walks and does pull a bit, but is responsive to his walker. Come and see this sweetheart today! DOG DOG INTERACTION ASSESSMENT: Summary PLAYGROUP: MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: ENERGY LEVEL: Johnnys previous owner describes him as a high energy dog. In the care center he has been active and enthusiastic. He will need daily mental and physical activity to keep him engaged and exercised. We recommend only force free, reward-based training methods for Johnny Bravo.
