Sex/Alter Status: Female / Unaltered Medical Observation: Right ear is split. Left ear is partially split. Behavior Observation: Very sweet and social. A bit anxious in kennel. Personality: This adorable butterball is Tish! Tish was picked up by our control officers after being tied up and abandoned on the streets of Philadelphia. Though Tish was abandoned and left to fend for herself, she is not letting that get her down and is still so happy and sweet to everyone she has met so far. She is super wiggly and will greet you right at her kennel door. She is a bit anxious in her kennel but we are hoping she starts to relax with some time. She was very easy to leash and would hop up on you for hugs. She will need some training still, she pulls a bit on the leash and doesn't seem to have much manners but looking at that sweet smile makes it all worth it!
