She loves to walk slowly by your side and never pulls. She is a total sweetheart with so much love (and kisses) to give. She also enjoys being pet, especially if its a back scratch. She is a favorite at the shelter because she is so calm and sweet. She would make the perfect addition to any family. PRINCESS APPLE SKY A40782660 Intake Type: Found Stray 2/15. Weight: 50 lbs Medical Observation: Malnourished. (2/15) Vomit in kennel. (2/18) Was place on vet checks for vomiting. Dog has not had vomit since the first occurrence. Will continue to monitor. Behavior Observation: (2/15 Finder): Fine usually but barked at the people in the lobby as well as one of the ACOs. Was afraid to put her on the lash, tried to bite the leash off but is currently fine on the leash. Barked at kids. Was around a stray cat but wasn't around any other animals. (2/18 Vet Staff): Nervous But Allowed All Handling once muzzle is on she freaks out body wise nsf . Nervous freaked did not allow to put collar on to give dewormer. (2/18) Dog was at front of kennel and took treats without issue. body language was loose. Making available for Blue volunteers to take out but should be kept as red dot currently. (2/21) Dog was hard barking in kennel (a lot of dogs were doing the same in the row) but was overall loose with body language. Did a paw raise when approached but took treats without issue. This animal is not available through ACCT Philly's Adoptions Programs, due to serious concerns with observed medical and/or behavioral issues. This animal is in need of transfer to a partnering animal welfare organization through ACCT Philly's Love Local Program.
