Please meet Max! Is he not a handsome boy? Max was surrendered to an officer in the field as he person could no longer keep him. We love Max. He is not letting shelter life get him down. He is a happy soul in his kennel, and he loved being out and about today. He greeted everyone he met in the lobby so nicely! Max walks well on a leash, and he will sit for a treat when asked. The more treats the better lol. Max is about a year old, and his id number is #A318808. This boy weighs about fifty pounds, and thankfully he is heartworm negative! Go Max. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old.
I am heartworm negative.
I have been at the shelter since Nov 04, 2019.I will be held at Memphis Animal Services until 11/04/2019 to give my owner (if I have one) an opportunity to reclaim me. I am available to be pre-adopted now. Pre-adoption must be done in person at the shelter at 2350 Appling City Cove and will be canceled if my owner reclaims or anything else occurs preventing me from being adopted. Pre-adoption fees are not refundable but will remain as a credit on your account towards another adoption.
