🌟PLEA NOTES: This friendly guy was picked up running loose in a neighborhood. Though friendly, he is strong, energetic and stubborn. He is heartworm positive and has an injury in his genital area. it is very difficult to get a clear photo because he never stops moving! Medical staff attempted to correct the defect, but he will require additional surgery to repair the injury-see notes below.
INTAKE 1/19 - stray beige/white dog in seniors' yard won't leave. pls assist.
1/20 Pulls on tight leash, hyper, panting, trying to push out of kennel, barking and over-aroused.

1/20/23: S/O: dorsal aspect of prepuce old laceration exposing penis, LF carpus healing wound, high HW+
A: prepuce old laceration, healing wound, high HW+
P: attempted to repair prepuce laceration-due to concerns of ability to extrude penis removed sutures, rx rimidyl 125mg sid x 14, needs surgery to repair prepuce elsewhere
