About hilly: A5009037 Hilly is a snuggly white (with tan freckles) 1-year-old female Chihuahua who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as an owner surrender on November 4th (along with her siblings / family, Billy (A5009035), Milly (A5009039) and Tilly (A5009041) on November 1st because her owner had ?too many dogs?. Weighing 6 lbs, Hilly and her family are overwhelmed in the noisy shelter environment and do not understand why they are there. She loved being the arms of her handler and just snuggled in. Hilly wanted to be carried, so we do not know about her leash skills but we think once she is out of the shelter in a calm environment that she will blossom into the wonderful, cofident dog she was meant to be.
