About charlie: Charlie was released to the shelter by his people who no longer could take care of him. He is a very sweet happy go lucky fella who loves to get a lot of attention. He is a young adult about 1-2 years old and weighs in at about 50-60 lbs Carrollton Animal Services does not ship, nor arrange shipping or transportation of animals and all adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis.
