About boomer: Boomer and friend, Merc, were surrendered by the owner when they had to move to an apartment. Boomer is 7 years old. Not yet neutered but will be before being released. Owner stated kidney problems but did not know what kind of kidney problems. Boomer has an area on his back that appears to be allergies/flea allergies?
