About betsy: This girl is located at the Hancock County dog pound in Carthage, IL. Our pound is overfull and has been for weeks now. No end in sight! I have dogs in boarding now to prevent others from being euthanized because of space. This girl is young, maybe 1-2 years old. She was put in the drop off pen last week and is over her days. She is a scared girl but very sweet. Seems fine with other dogs. Someone has been pretty abusive to her at some point. She crawls when she comes to you and cowers.
