About mandy: Hi there. My name is Mandy. I am a 5 year old Beagle who is at the shelter because I was found without a home. I am a beautiful girl who is very sweet. I am very timid until I get to know you. I am beginning to come out of my shell, but hopefully I will be able to blossom as part of a loving family. I will be forever grateful to the person or family who makes me part of their own. So come see me or contact the shelter about me. The shelter is open 7 days a week. Daily hours are 10-3, M/W hours are 10-6. Out of state adoptions are welcomed. Adoption applications are available on line at www.bcarl.org. Woof.* *Please note that sometimes the dogs listed on DID receive ?stays of execution? and are not always euthanized within 60 days of their postings . Dogs at Belmont County Animal Shelter are PTS due to behavioral issues and illness (and would not be posted here), in addition to lack of space. In many cases, this permits us to extend the euth date of the dogs listed on this site. Even with extensions, there are no guarantees and these dogs are still very much in danger.
