About hitch: This poor fellow was found by some citizens out wandering all by himself a little lost and a little scared. He is a good boy who is looking for a person or a famioy to care for him as much as he would care for them. He gets along well with other dogs and while a bit timid when a new person comes up he gets over it quickly for a chance to be petted. Carrollton Animal Services does not ship, nor arrange shipping or transportation of animals and all adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis. Our facility does not hold accept deposits or allow ANY advanced adoptions. "First" is defined as the first person in our parking lot the day the animal is available for adoption (if someone spends the night they are first).
