Collected sample for DTM , bravecto was given due to skin issue *** Major issue not using Rear legs *** Weight: Done Photo: Taken Scanned for Microchip: None found Intake vaccines: Done DAPP + L + Bord Flea control/tick: Done Bravecto Other care Provided: Per protocol +Gabapentin 100mg : 2 tab. PO BId x 7 day +Bravecto Due to skin issue +DTM Results in 14 days (6/14/26) +Skin Scrap : WNL 06/02/26 09:57 Still not using back legs. BAR. Ate wet food overnight, unsure if drank - water bowl was full. No vomiting or defecation 06/02/26 16:07 Expressed bladder. May need to cont expressing bladder as it was very full. P examined by Dr, need xray when time permits. 06/03/26 08:49 Pt BAR, able to handle. Dragging both back legs when walking. Carried outside to grass area, urinated while carried back. BM in kennel overnight ~5/7 FS. Appears to have eaten wet food and some dry food overnight, unable to determine if water was drank. No v/c/s. 06/03/26 11:11 Rads taken, 7 views VD and lateral of spine. Per RVT, bladder appears full on rads, ok'd to manually express. Needs Dr. review on rads. DTM sample appears neg so far. RVT sedated and fully expressed bladder, used Torb + dex 0.2mL IV. Reversed with antisedan 0.1mL. RVT VE ok'd admin convenia for skin issues, 1.1mL SQ. 06/03/26 13:18 Rescue Team email sent.
