About pheobe: Pheobe was turned in by her owners. She was found as a stray but they could not keep her. Pheobe is about a year old and great with other dogs.
If you are interested in this pet please contact us as soon as possible. We take in approximately 5500 animals a year. Unfortunately we are a high kill shelter due to the amount of animals being brought to the shelter. If you are not local we can recommend transport services.
