About charlotte: This sweet face with her big ears is Charlotte! She also was found as a stray and no owner has came for her but that's ok because who did have her did not take care of her! She is skin and bones. Despite how skinny she is she is so sweet and loves everyone and other dogs. She wants a friend to play with and people to be near.
