About betty: BETTY - ID#A591593 My name is Betty and I am a spayed female, black Welsh Corgi - Cardigan. Shelter staff think I am about 7 years old. I have been at the shelter since Apr 01, 2026. They're very bonded. They are assumed to be sisters. They are both spayed. They were found together as strays in the parking lot of the nearby Target store on April 1st and brought to City of San Bernardino Animal Services Naturally, no one came to reclaim them because that's as rare as a snowflake in summer in that city.
