About halo: Meet Halo, a 1-year-old terrier mix, who came in as an owner surrender at no fault of his own. It takes him a few moments to come around, but once he does, he won't leave your side. He's curious and wants to be next to you. He's nonchalant for playtime and would love to crash on your couch. Could you be his person? Come meet Halo and take him home today. He's neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.
