The goal of this group is to become the "eyes and ears" of DogsInDanger at the ground level wher all the action is. If you are interested in becoming

SIGN OUR PETITION You may be aware of the controversy surrounding the Philadelphia municipal animal shelter (PACCA) and DogsInDanger regarding their refusal to participate in our adoption outreach program. If you feel as we do that PACCA should list their dogs with DogsInDanger.com thus allowing all of you to save them, then please sign the petition to PACCA below.
