What were the events leading up to this bite incident: OWNER STATES A FEW HOUSES DOWN THERE IS A BEHAVIOR HEALTH CENTER - THE SECURITY GUARD THERE TAKES A SMOKE BREAK IN FRONT OF OWNERS HOME - OWNER STATES SHE WENT TO TAKE BUDDY OUT FOR A WALK , OPENED THE DOOR , THE SECURITY GUARD WAS STANDING CLOSE TO THE DOOR , BUDDY BIT HIS HAND 3.
