We were not able to complete his initial intake exam at first due to behavior. We have been able to remove him from kennel with certain handlers, howver he continues to remain tense and uncomfortable, or becomes overaroused easily. Due to his behavior we feel he should urgently leave to a rescue partner better equipped to assess and manage his care outside of the shelter environment.
