💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 INTAKE 1/15 - DOGS IN HER YARD BARKING VERY AGGRS NO LEASH PLS CHK LIC AND VAC 2 dogs killed 10 chickens of his chickens. owner claims he does not want the dogs.
1/19 dog is very stiff in kennel, has whale eyes and keeping head low. Offered treats but did not eat. Dog stayed stiff to wall not walking on leash had to be carried to next kennel.
1/21 As I approached the run, Clifford had his body crouched and pushed up against the left side of the fence. He kept his head low and his body crouched to the ground. He looked up at me with large eyes and he watched my every movement. I baby talked and offered him treats. He did not respond at all and remained crouched and he tucked his head into a small gap in the fence. I went to leash him, but he pulled his head away. Trying to force it back into the hole of the fence. After I managed to leash him he lifted his body lightly off the ground. I baby talked and offered treats in attempt to get him to walk. He did not react to the baby talk or treats. I gave his leash a slight tug and he suddenly scurried. He pulled on his leash as he walked. As he walked he kept looking around for somewhere to hide. He would stop randomly and his eyes would dart around. He did walk into the kennel on his own.
