A1861252 BELLA: Bella was low growling at me, but she?s just SO scared and I think it?s all talk. With the weather, we couldn?t take them outside today, but I?m sure with time and treats, she?s one who would?ve came around. She had puppies recently and was owner surrendered. The 3 days BARC is giving her, is not enough time to decompress and warm up. ☹️
