𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 Sweep area for any loose dogs. Per 402
2/26 Dog tense in kennel, had dilated eyes, tail down. On the leash the dog wouldn't walk, toss treats and he just ignored them, had to baby talk to him and while walking the dog would thrash on the leash.
