Vashon is in need of emergency placement due to behavior concerns. Vashon has developed kennel reactivity at the care centers and has escalated to snapping and lunging at staff when they walk him past other housed dogs. In the kennel, he bites their slip leads. Medically, Vashon is apparently healthy.
