𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
Vernon is so skinny. he has some hair loss and pink irritated paws but otherwise is a happy guy. He greeted me so politely in his kennel and gave light little tail wags as I leashed him. Im gonna make a really wild assumption and say he has been someone?s pet before - he did all of his business outside immediately, not even trying to mark the walls on the way out (I feel like older intact boys that are strays always try and do that), he knows how to sit, he takes treats very gently, is pretty good on a leash and is heartworm NEGATIVE?! It makes me sad to see him here with his hip and rib bones protruding at his old age.

A: skin scrape negative, ddx contact allergy/food allergy/atopy/flea allergy
P: rx cephalexin 500mg bid x 14, rx benadryl 25mg bid x 14
