𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘: injured dog that is in the complainants front yard
3/1 Dog has large wound on right side of rib cage. It has necrotic tissue and puss coming out of the wound. She also has some burns or redness on her lips.
𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
3/2/23:
S/O: large abrasion on left side
A: large abrasion
P: rx clavamox 375mg bid x 14, rx rimidyl 125mg sid x 14, needs prolonged
healing by second intention or extensive surgery to close wound
