Velvet is in need of emergency placement due to behavioral concerns. While Velvet takes time to warm up to new people, he has begun to deteriorate due to his length of stay in the Care Center. Velvet has become a stressor for other dogs around him due to his reactivity, triggering the other dogs to kennel fight with him while he is in his kennel. Medically, Velvet is apparently healthy.
