Sereno needs an experienced foster and a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or he?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
Sereno has so much pent up energy, it?s driving him crazy. He was easy to leash but did not do well walking by the dogs with little growls and raised hackles. Outside he was jumpy and kept egging his neighbor on by running and forward barking. I moved to a separate run simply to give him an opportunity to get his energy out and he did much better, so I think someone that is ready to exercise him and let him be the only pet would be best.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 2 dogs tied to the tree w/ short leash owner is unable to care for dogs anymore
3/5 Approaching kennel, dog is pacing and vocalizing while having dilated pupils and panting a lot. I noticed that dog would start to lunge and vocalize more when I was spot cleaning a neighboring dog's kennel and tethered their leash on a loop on the wall. Covered kennel door and gave extra enrichment.
