Penny needs a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or she?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 I have affectionately renamed Penny to Piggy - she really reminds me so much of a potbellied pig. She is very short and squat and her tail has a white tip on it that moves a hundred miles a minute! She was laying down on her bed when I walked up, which is saying something cause the ward was ridiculously loud today. She leashed easily and walked out well and just sniffed around the run calmly. Does well walking by the dogs and just wants pets and treats. I really really liked her!
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 3/10 As I approached the dog its tail was wagging and had a wiggly body. Dog walked on a loose leash. Was excessively drooling while outside in the run. Once inside the dog started to whimper consistently as I and others passed by. Also did not want to walk into its kennel, treats and baby talk did not work to lure the dog inside the kennel.
3/12 Penny greeted me at the front of the kennel, presented a tense body, low tail and tight close mouth. On the leash Penny walks well on a loose leash, while walking outside Penny started to relax when walking and place her in the outside run. When walking back to the run after cleaning the kennel, notice she was standing in front of the gate and was drooing. I open the gate place the leash on her and walk back to her kennel, when opening the kennel door to place Penny in the kennel, she froze and wouldn't walk into the kennel. I place some treats for her to walk over but wouldn't budge. And I had to walk behind her to give her a little nudge and she walk into the kennel.
