Jackson needs a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or he?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Jackson is everything you want in a man: tall, dark and handsome, and so sweet. He walks very well on a leash, even being as timid as he is. He was fairly nervous outside in the runs and I noticed him check the fence panels a couple times pressing for weak spots. He was comfortable enough in my presence to approach for treats but wouldn?t eat them near me. Jackson knows how to sit on command.

3/12 During PM feeding, I walk up to the kennel and when I was opening the kennel door to place food in the bowl (I had my body covering the kennel door and holding the door to close it), when I was about to close the kennel door Jackson darted out of the kennel and started to run around the ward. I called for other ACT's to assist me in getting Jackson, it took about 5 mins to get him and to walk him back into the kennel. While the ACT was trying to get out of the kennel, Jackson tried to bolt out again, so I tossed some treats to distract him but he just look and smelled them and the ACT had to walk out of the kennel quickly. 3/13 Approaching kennel, dog presents a stiff body with back ears and a tense face as I open the kennel door to offer treats and leash him. He comes out with a high tail and forwards body sniffing treats along the way. After going back for him in the runs, I noticed that dog was biting on the run door and pulling it back as well as whinnying a lot. After seeing me, dog paused and starts to wiggle body with erect ears, I directed him with treats towards his kennel to which he went in but did present a tense body afterwards. Will cover kennel door and I would a lot recommend to only leash walk.
