Patty came into the shelter with her sister, Selma, and they both show similar skittish behavior! She?s super cute but will need someone to take it slow with her so she can come out of her shell more!

Placed leash a dog began to pull back, held whale eyes as well as dialated pupils and a cowaring head, refused to walk on leash, had to be muzzled and carried to new kennel.
