He was adopted on 7/18/24 but he has now been turned in on 4/3/25 and euthanasia was requested. He was playful in the runs and had no negative reactions to dogs in neighboring kennels! Please see the video link above for more information about him! He is already neutered and he is heartworm negative. 𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐑 is now on the euthanasia list for " LOS 15+ Days." He now needs a loving, committed family of his own or a foster family who will give him the love, care, security, and the attention that he so deserves and the chance to grow up. 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 4/6/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Very vocal in the kennel and the runs too. no takes treats, pull the leash and presents piloerection when he saw the dogs. 4/6/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 04/06/25 PM update Kept Radar partially covered after feeding and he stood at front of kennel with wagging tail, vocal when adopters walked past but was affectionate once given attention through kennel door 4/7/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 04/07/25 18:04 Walked with semi-tight leash ahead of me, nose to ground for AM and PM walks. Tappy toes and ate treats readily when offered throughout the day in kennel and on leash. 4/8/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Radar greets me at the kennel door with tappy toes and a gently wagging tail. He lets me leash him and walks in a zig zags motion to and from the potty yard. Inside his kennel he can be seen patiently waiting for attention. 4/10/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Radar presents wiggly body, waging tail and and tongue from outside. Very playful and walks quickly to the grass to make the potty. Radar keeps his kennel well clean. 4/11/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: very vocal in a high pitch during am feeding and cleaning. panting, pacing, jumping on kennel door. once leashed walked on a semi forward leash but slowed down once he reached the grass to go potty. maintained a loose leash afterwards. 4/12/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: vocal in kennel during am feeding and cleaning. greeted me by his kennel door with a wiggly body, high fast wagging tail and loose open mouth and tongue. walked on a loose leash heading in and out of adoption building. was play bowing with his neighbor once in his outdoor kennel. 4/14/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 04/14/25 16:26 Loose, open mouth, tail curled up over his back and alert ears while walking past his kennel during cleaning. Did not bark when walking dogs past his kennel. Walked with semi-tight leash out to runs, play bowing and hopping along the fence with Zeus (A2004059). Semi-tight leash ahead of me through the courtyard and back inside. Quiet when back in kennel. 4/15/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Approaching kennel, Radar is jumping on the kennel door with an open mouth pant and erect ears as I get closer. I offered treats to redirect when leashing and then he walked out with a semi-forward leash and would turn back around to take treats from my hand a few times. Once placed back, dog would pant and dig at the doggy door until it would open while I was cleaning other side of kennel.
