𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐄𝐋 is now on the euthanasia list for "LOS/Time/Space." 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 4/7/2025: INTAKE: 1 med black/white stray dog roaming area / preventing mail delivery. 4/20/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Manuel vocalized and lunged toward other dogs passing his kennel during am cleaning. Passing kennel, he sat for treats, eyes dilated, yawned, panted, ears up, and whined. Later, he was vocalizing toward the neighboring dog through the divider and stopped when told then given treats. Placed on adopt eval, will monitor. 4/21/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: While walking dogs in the AM, Manuel was sitting by the kennel door quietly. I leashed him and he walked on a loose leash to the outside runs. While outside, he was running along the fence with neighboring dogs. He had tappy feet when I retrieved him from the run and he walked back inside on a loose leash. 4/22/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: When I approached his kennel, Manuel was sitting in front of the kennel door, patiently waiting to go outside. I leashed him and he walked on a loose leash toward the door. Instead of leaving, he rounded the corner in the row and started low growling at the dog that was in the first kennel. I quickly tugged the leash and he walked on a loose leash to the outside runs. He walked on a loose leash back inside. He was calm and quiet in his kennel throughout the day, greeting me with a wiggly body when I would walk by. 4/23/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: When I approached his kennel, Manuel was sittign by the kennel door. He kept his kennel clean overnight and was patiently waiting to go outside.
