Evaluation Notes:
Dog is laying in kennel upon approach and is fearful by standing up and freezing with tense body, tucked tail and wide eyes as I
offer treats on ground. Upon re-approach from opposite side he had eaten treats left in kennel. He retreats as I enter kennel with
a tense body, wide eyes and a tucked tail and sits in corner with back facing me. He is able to be leashed and carried out of
kennel and after setting down in grass outside, he becomes very stressed by fleeing to end of leash, jerking back on leash and
attempting to remove leash by pawing and mouthing at it with a tense body, wide eyes, and a tucked tail. I am able to secure
leash and after spending time with him in grass, he allows me to pet him with a tense body, wide side eyes, and a tucked tail
where he watches my hands and slowly falls on his side seemingly in appeasement. As I attempt to walk him back to kennel he
begins to flail on leash again and is able to be carried back to kennel where he freezes after being set down. Behavior possibly
due to under-socialization.

QAR, anxious and runs to cower in corner of kennel, ambulatory with no lameness, unable to examine paws due to
temperament, no other significant findings on visual PE
Advise further exam at sterilization, monitor
