walk outside where he pulls heavily and is seemingly house trained where he kicks grass after urinating. He displays sociability
in kennels by stopping to greet and lick dogs through barrier with a loose body and a wagging tail.

Dog displayed sociability with male and female dogs by engaging in play with a wagging tail and loose body. He is interested to
play and mount other dogs. He was not respectful of other dogs' communication for space and was redirected by handlers
multiple times and returned to kennel.
