Dog displays sociability by coming over for treats and affection with a loose body and a wagging tail. He is easy to leash and
walk outside where he pulls on leash and is seemingly house trained. He barks and whines at passing dogs with a tense body
and high wagging tail. Behavior possibly due to barrier reactivity and/or general reactivity.
