Baxter is so cute! He reminded me so much of my last foster I got from BARC, so I just had to meet him. He was a sweet boy that was calm in his kennel and loved playing outside in the sun! He sat politely for treats and enjoyed playing with the tennis ball. He met Tangerine through the fence and it was ALL tail wags! I am so saddened that he is Rescue Only, and really hope he gets a second chance. This guy was so so so sweet and deserves the best
