📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
5/17 Approaching kennel dog has tail tucked. I palced leash and she slowly walked out of kennel, once we got outside she
started to pancake and thrashing. I had to carry her back inside .
5/18 Sarah is at the front of the kennel erect ears, wagging tail and loose body. Holds a semi-loose leash when outside she
randomly begins trashing on the leash.
5/19 As a move adopt Sarah avoided the leash till i sat down the run with her at which point she quickly approached me to
receive attention and affection where i then leashed her and loose leash escorted her back to south till we reached the
door at which point she pancaked down but with a combination of baby talk and chicken was coxed into entering the
building her kennel willingly

Was noticed to have liquid diarrhea this morning. She is doing well otherwise,
BAR.
A: DDx: GI, DDx Stress Related, Fecal:NEGATIVE
P: Rx: Panacur 8ml SID x 5 days; Rx Metronidazole 375mg BID x 5 days
