📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
5/21 lying down on bedding when I approached I opened kennel and stepped in and leashed. Dog followed me out on a loose
leash, eating meaty treats that were offered. When going back to retrieve dog was waiting at gate with a relaxed body,
fast wagging tail, when I opened run gate he bolted past me and began to run around the courtyard, Another act was
able to leash and he walked back into kennel at a slow pace on loose leash. Walked back into kennel and has been
sleeping the majority of the day.
🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
5/27/25
S/O: placed on vet eval for red skin. There is mild alopecia and pink of bilateral
elbows and lateral hocks. suspect due to lying down and pressure points.
A: pressure callous
P: blankets/bedding is already provided, no further treatment necessary at this
time
