05/30/25 14:48 Tail fast wagging, mouth open and loose tongue.
Constant barking throughout the day. Had to cover kennel and offer rawhide.
🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
Thin, poor body condition. Head/temples severly sunken in. Bilateral Green
ocular d/c. Large amount of fleas. Missing most teeth or worn to gumline.
- geriatric with generalized muscle atrophy. There is muscle atrophy of the
temporalis region as well.
- OU green mucoid discharge. OU nuclear sclerosis
- AU ear margins are alopecic and thickened.
