📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
Dog was in the back of kennel smiling, tail tapping and dropped ears. As I leashed dog pancaked on the floor, I baby talked and offered treats but ignored. I then muzzled and carried to the next clean kennel.
Melika was at the front of kennel as I opened to leash her she backed up and sat against back wall. I leashed her and she smiled, with a wagging tail and neutral body. She did not want to walk out, I squatted and baby talked her, she slowly
came out of kennel.
🚑𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
s/o: dog is high heartworm positive. She has a skin tag on left side of rump near tail. She has scars on front legs. She was noted as favoring the left rear leg.
The left rear leg is straight in the tarsus but doesn't seem to be bothering her
a: high heartworm positive and skin tag and poor confirmation
p: no treatment needed at this time

Never placed on vet eval, has a skin tag on dorsal rump, bunny hopped on rear legs when getting up from bed. Has a note about a possible injury to carpus, but she seemed to favor her LR.
