Daisy broke my heart. She was curled up in her bed barely lifting her head when she saw me. I went in to sit with her, and she continued to stay in her little ball, but still accepting every soft touch with silent gratitude. I can tell life hasn?t been kind to her. She looks completely defeated, like she?s given up on the idea that kindness still exists for dogs like her. But I know she has the potential to blossom and she just needs someone willing to show her love and kindness.
