**This boy has been at the shelter for almost 3 weeks with a right femur fracture!!
TOBBY - ID#A1759472. I am an unaltered male, brown Bullmastiff and Labrador Retriever. The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old. I have been at the shelter since Feb 10, 2016.
In the B/C medical wards at MIami Dade Animal Services was hit by a car and needs rescue ASAP. His right femur is suspected to be fractured and he's unable to bear weight on it.
