About proper: Proper is a young female Retriever type gal looking to begin her new life with a family who will love and cherish her! She is a wonderful girl who would make a wonderful pet if given a chance... Poor girl just does not understand why she is in doggie jail instead of playing outside with her family and getting belly rubs?!
