4/29 EXAM:
ATTITUDE: anxious, bright, skittish
CARD: no murmurs auscultated
RESP: bilaterally: mild rasps, nares have mild amount of green mucoid discharge visible, coughing consistently and producing mucous
EYES: clean, quiet
ORAL: minimal tartar buildup, no overt gingivitis, gums of pink and moist
LN: all peripheral LN are soft, small symmetrical
INT: no overt lesions noted
ABD: soft, non-reactive to palp, normal
M/S: BCS 6/9
NEURO: apparently normal
URO/GEN: mammary glands developed
PROBLEMS:
- URI
- HW positive
PLAN: prognosis: guarded
Patient was seen earlier: sternal recumbency, panting, and not interested in greeting staff at front of cage. Patient was panting in treatment without much exertion thus concern over state of lungs.
Enrofloxacin 136 mg tab: 2.5 tab SID for 5 days
Doxycycline 100 mg tab: 3 tab SID for 10 days
PLAYGROUP: PG1 - SOCIAL DG - DAINTY & GENTLE

Tolerant of the dogs, not really engaging with them too much, aside from giving them an occasional sniff in passing. Kept to herself and wandered the yard.
