Meet Miss Feona, She was brought in from a private veterinary clinic with medical records as she was brought in with a cast and a cone.
Xray's were performed at private veterinary clinic :
5:12pm- Rad images taken Radiographs - Complete fracture of left tibia fibula , markedly distended with mineral density grit and suspect of compartmentalization with no gas dilation Initially the plan was to euthanize based on her abnormal radiographs and suspect GDV, however after a few hours, she was more BAR and seemed even more comfortable. She ate chicken well. Placed splint on left forearm and started on carprofen 2.2mg/kg PO q12hr. Started on LRS.
